The East-West Church & Ministry Report is edited and published quarterly by Dr. Mark Elliott. This report seeks to encourage Western Christian ministry in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union that is effective, culturally sensitive, and cooperative. It also serves as a forum for the exploration of a variety of issues relating to Christianity's presence in Europe's formerly Marxist states.
Other primary objectives of the Report are to disseminate information that will reduce unnecessary duplication and enhance cross-cultural sensitivity; to highlight positive examples of a winsome witness in the East and mistakes to avoid; and to inform readers of critical issues and valuable resources concerning the church and ministry in the former Soviet Union and East Central Europe.
