Mission Statement
PRO is a non-profit charitable organization founded to help improve the conditions of orphanages in Eastern Europe and Russia.

- Provide proper nutritional supplies, adequate clothing, and necessary medical and vitamin supplements to the children in order to ensure a healthier life.
- Improve the living standard within the orphanage facilities so that the children may have a enviroment in which they might feel love.
- Increase the self-worth and the self esteem of the children by providing educational and talent fostering opportunities
Plans and Goals
2003 Goals:
- Provide over 1000 children in five orphanages with winter and summer clothing.
- Provide over 1000 children with vitamins and necessary medical equipment and supplies.
- Replace over 125 cracked or broken windows, along with over 35 doors.
- Provide necessary equipment for cold food storage and industrialized machines for washing clothes.
- Provide paint and new carpeting for five orphanages.
